Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Journey Home. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8 per order.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. The $100 is based on your order total after any discounts and before taxes.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

Orders ship from Tempe, Arizona, usually by USPS Ground Advantage and sometimes by FedEx Ground Economy, whichever suits your package best. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email hello@wearetjh.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy and contact us at hello@wearetjh.com.

If your package appears lost or tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact hello@wearetjh.com. We'll help investigate with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Returns are processed through our fulfillment location in Tempe, Arizona.
